TBM Jacobian
Tensor Based Morphometry Jacobian Generation (TBM)
Written by Owen Phillips . Email if you have any questions.
Tensor based morphometry requires all your study subjects to be registered together so that an atlas can be generated. See http://www.loni.ucla.edu/twiki/bin/view/CCB/SIGPNS_Summer2009_BG_CS_2 for more information. To download the pipeline TBM_make_jacobians right click the link.
Inputs:
- Set MDT/Atlass: This is the 4-step MDT atlas you generated in the previous step.
- Set Original Data: These are all the subjects that will be included in the analysis.
Outputs: This pipeline outputs both scaled and unscaled jacobians. Scaled are used most often, however, if you have a data set where subjects vary greatly in brain size (FASD), then unscaled may be useful.
- Scaled Jacobians
- Scaled images in MDT space: these are useful as a check to ensure the registrations are working correctly.
- Unscaled Affine + NL Jacobians: These are the unscaled jacobians.
- Unscaled images in MDT space: these are useful as a check to ensure the registrations are working correctly.
