Convert Surf Format

The Elastic Surface Warping will output the surfaces as .m (mesh) files. These need to be convereted to .ucf files. This can be done using the simple pipeline Convert_Surf_Format (right click to download).

1. Set the Input Surface Files - These are the output surfaces from the Elastic Surface Warping pipeline.
2. Set the Output Surface Files - These are the same surfaces, except they have been converted to .ucf files.
