Convert FreeSurfer surfaces to Object (.obj) format

After Freesurfer has finished running it will output .pial and .white surfaces. You can convert these to object (.obj) format using the following steps. This is useful because .pail surfaces only work in Freesurfer programs. Important, control lines are no longer needed. So don't draw them. Also, the same lines should be drawn on all subjects, so at the beginning of a data set, it is best to choose which lines will be drawn.
